This year, 3iCon is a fully virtual event, so you can join from anywhere! You’ll receive your login information and access instructions the week of the event.
How much does it cost to attend?
- NorthstarMLS Subscribers: Complimentary Full Access
- Members of Participating MLSs: Discounted Registration Rate
- All Others: $29.99 General Admission (optional VIP add-on is $20)
What's included in my registration?
All attendees will have full access to the live virtual event, including every keynote session. Those who register for VIP access will also receive 30 days of On-Demand replay access after the event to revisit key moments or catch any sessions they missed.
Can I attend if I'm not a Cotality customer?
Absolutely! While Cotality is proud to sponsor the event, you do not need to be a Cotality customer to attend. 3iCon is open to all real estate professionals and industry partners.
Will I get access to the event right away after registering?
You’ll receive your confirmation email immediately after registering. Then, the week of the event, we’ll send detailed login instructions and your personal event access link.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Registration is nonrefundable. However, if you’ve selected VIP access, you’ll still be able to enjoy all sessions On Demand for 30 days following the event.
Will there be breakout sessions or networking?
3iCon 2025 is focused entirely on powerful keynote sessions — no breakouts, no distractions. The event is designed to inspire, challenge, and equip you with big ideas and actionable insights to elevate your business.
